A Worker Or A Worshipper?

G od is more interested in the man than the work
he does for God that means in the work of God.
The worker is more important than the work.
Much time and effort will he spend in the training of a
Workman fit for the Master’s use. Jesus appointed His
disciples to first be with him before he sent them out
to preach.( Mark 3:14).
The calling of a man is not centered on the work of
God, but it centers on fellowship with God. I have
come to understand that God do no make any man fit
for his work on the level of talents, in fact, God calls
the unqualified and qualifies them by grace. We can
see the reason why the church is filled with thorns.
Men are eager to perform on the pulpits but with the
gospel that contradicts their own way of life. You can
never build a life in another man when a genuine life
has not been built in you, and it takes time before life
can be built in a man or woman.
Did I say that you should not work for God?
ABSOLUTELY NO!!! I think in working for God, it’s a
matter of Grace on the part of God. However, I do not
think we should ever work for God until we learn to
fellowship with Him.
Anyone who has first been with Christ, who has
enjoyed fellowship with Him can do the work of God
with eternal quality but a worker who does not
fellowship is only putting up wood, hay and stubble till
the time God will set the world on fire. God wants
worshippers before he wants workers.
Perhaps you have been sending the call of God upon
your life for a very long time now, the first thing is
not to rush and erect your ministry just because you
have completed a 2 or 5 year course in theology school,
You should start developing a strong and intimate
fellowship with God until the Holy Spirit gives birth to
Jesus Christ in your life.
To be continued...
